Despite not posting often (our family have been struck down by what most people call 'freshers flu') I am still slugging away at my miles and Malaika is incredibly close to finishing her 1000km in a year (I will do the leader boards asap to see where she is!) I am meant to be running Cardiff half this weekend, but I am running a temperature and I cannot stabilise my blood sugars, so I am not 100% running especially as the weather is forecasting rain. But I will sign up for another half for very soon if I don't make it, or maybe run the distance with the girls in the buggy so that the training isn't wasted 2017 total so far 7280.29km/10000km
