Mightier than Type One : Over 24 hours of fighting and fighting and fighting a high. Malaika had less than 10g carbs in 24 hours but I could NOT get her sugars down. No ketones (which you get if there is no insulin present) so I just didn't know what was happening, I gave correction injection after correction injection and did everything I was meant to. Turns out it was a dodgy batch of insulin, we are now close to being in range after a very long day Even when you do everything right, it's sometimes still not enough. #WeNeedaCure http://ift.tt/2gFkUGb
