Over 24 hours of fighting and fighting and fighting a high. Malaika had less than 10g carbs in 24 hours but I could NOT get her sugars down. No ketones (which you get if there is no insulin present) so I just didn't know what was happening, I gave correction injection after correction injection and did everything I was meant to. Turns out it was a dodgy batch of insulin, we are now close to being in range after a very long day Even when you do everything right, it's sometimes still not enough. #WeNeedaCure http://ift.tt/2gFkUGb

Thank you to everyone who has taken part so far. Whether you walked 1km or 1000 miles your help in raising funds and raising awareness of Type one has been invaluable. Please consider joining a challenge, as long as you can walk, skip, swim or cycle 1km, you can take part. http://ift.tt/2gInRkB

My goal for June was 1000km Sadly I missed it by 50km That's a mile a day short, I have been averaging 20 miles a day, I still have it in me to do an extra mile each day so my goal for July is the same as June. I will get my 1000km this month! June challenge 950.37/1000km 2017 challenge 4359.54/10000km
